If you want a comprehensive roadmap for your property, we create a detailed design based on Zone and Sector planning. We analyze sun angles, wind patterns, water flow, and wildlife to place every element where it works hardest. All Designs begin with a consulation. If you decide to purchase a design for your property the consulation fee is applied to the cost of your design.

• Investment: $350 – $1,500+ (depending on property size and complexity).

  • Average suburban yard: ~$400.

  • Larger acreage: ~$700+.

  • CAD drawings: Available as an add-on.

  • $250 Deposit Required for Designs.  Initial Consultation (In-person or Virtual) is required before beginning your design and the consult is deducted from the final design fee.
